If the packing for shipment is any indication, I should have a really great unit.
The heat pump was double wrapped in very thick cardboard. It was tied down on the pallet very securely. It also had a "No Stacking" yellow cardboard notification cone on top to prevent crushing. Set up was easy and the electrical connections were also easy to understand. Unit fired right up and started to produce heat immediately as indicated by my in-line temp sensor for my salt water generator. Looking forward to some warmer water swim season here in upstate New York.
