Free Shipping:

• AK, HI, PR and remote areas - freight charges apply, request a quote prior to purchase.
• PoolHeaterXpress ships all orders using trusted carriers, like FedEx, UPS, and other professional freight (LTL)  delivery services. The carrier is selected based on the size, weight and destination of your order to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
• Most pool heaters ship via freight carrier and are delivered curbside. Once your order reaches the local terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
• Some deliveries may require signature.
• Ships within 1–3 business days, unless noted on the product page.

Shipping Damage Policy:

Please inspect your heater immediately upon delivery. If there is any visible damage to the packaging or unit, note it with the delivery driver and take clear photos. All shipping damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please submit claims to heaters@finishlinexpress.com .
