Shipping Damage:

Please inspect your heater immediately upon delivery. If there is any visible damage to the packaging or unit, note it with the delivery driver and take clear photos. All shipping damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
