No Refunds:
All sales of swimming pool heaters are final. No refunds or returns are accepted once an order is placed. Each heater is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the No Refund Policy for details.

Shipping and Damage Claims:
You are responsible for inspecting your delivery for any visible damage. Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos. See our Shipping Damage Policy for more information.
