Refusing delivery on any shipment that is not damaged are subject to 20% restocking fees. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of the returned shipping.

No Return Policy - Swimming Pool Heaters:

All heater sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed. 

Each heater is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, which provides protection against defects in materials and workmanship. For any warranty-related issues, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Please inspect your heater immediately upon delivery. If there is any visible damage to the packaging or unit, note it with the delivery driver and take clear photos. All shipping damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please submit claims to heaters@finishlinexpress.com .

All sales of DecoScape porcelain planters and patio furniture are final. Each planter is made to order and crafted specifically for your purchase. Because of this custom process, no returns, cancellations, or exchanges can be accepted once an order has been placed.

Please review all product details, dimensions, colors, and lead times carefully before completing your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for review. We will work with the manufacturer or carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
