1. What areas do you deliver to?
We offer free delivery throughout Florida and ship to most states nationwide. If you’re outside Florida, contact us for shipping options and rates.
2. Do I pay sales tax if I’m outside of Florida?
No, out-of-state customers do not pay sales tax, which helps offset your shipping cost.
3. How long does shipping take?
In Florida, delivery is typically within 1–3 business days. For out-of-state orders, shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on location.
4. Do you install the heaters?
We do not provide installation, but we’re happy to recommend a licensed pool professional in your area if needed.
5. How do I know which size heater I need?

6. Do your heaters come with a warranty?
Yes. All our heaters come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details can be found on each product page.
7. Is financing available?
Yes! We offer Shop Pay Installments at checkout. You can split your purchase into interest-free payments or longer-term financing, based on your eligibility.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay and Shop Pay. Secure checkout is always guaranteed.
9. Can I return my heater?
All heater sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once the order has been placed. Each heater is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which provides protection against defects in materials and workmanship. For any warranty-related issues, please contact the manufacturer directly.
