1. What areas do you deliver to?
We offer free delivery shipping in the Continental U.S. Some exclusions may apply.
2. Do I pay sales tax if I’m outside of Florida?
No, out-of-state customers do not pay sales tax.
3. How long does shipping take?
In Florida, delivery is typically within 1–3 business days. For out-of-state orders, shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on location.

Yes! On all pool heaters, we offer a Price Beat Guarantee. If you find the same model from an authorized dealer (AquaCal, GulfStream, Raypak), we will beat their price - no hassles, no hidden fees.

5. Do you install the heaters?
We do not provide installation, but we’re happy to recommend a licensed pool professional in your area. If you need an installer, click any of the links below to see who is available in your area. 6. How do I know which size heater I need?

7. Do your heaters come with a warranty?
Yes. All our heaters include a manufacturer’s warranty. If you need assistance post-installation, we're here to help with troubleshooting, setup tips, and warranty claims. We collaborate closely with our manufacturers for a streamlined support experience. Warranty registration links are available on each product page.
8. Is financing available?
Yes! We offer Shop Pay Installments at checkout. You can split your purchase into interest-free payments or longer-term financing, based on your eligibility.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay and Shop Pay. Secure checkout is always guaranteed.
10. Can I return my heater?
Please note that all heater sales are final. Unfortunately, refunds or returns are not an option once the order has been placed. Each heater comes with the manufacturer's warranty to cover any defects in materials or workmanship. If you encounter any warranty-related issues, kindly reach out to the manufacturer or us directly.
