Pool Heater Xpress wasn’t built overnight. It was built over more than 40 years in the pool industry, from pool service and repairs, to chemical delivery routes, to operating two retail stores in South Florida, along with long-standing relationships with trusted manufacturers like AquaCal, Gulfstream, and Raypak, partnerships we proudly maintain to this day. Today, that foundation supports our nationwide online presence serving pool owners across Florida and throughout the continental United States.

Our journey began when my husband relocated from Chicago to Florida decades ago, not entirely sure what business path may lie ahead, but he was certain that hard work and dedication would lead the way. It didn’t take long to discover the swimming pool industry, and what started as servicing and maintaining pools quickly grew into something much bigger. He learned every aspect of how a pool operates: the equipment used, the water chemistry, filtration systems, heating systems, automation, and troubleshooting. Over time, he sharpened that knowledge into expertise. He wasn't just selling products, he was solving problems.

Why We Specialize in Pool Heaters

For more than 20 years, we operated two retail locations in South Florida, building relationships and serving valued customers face-to-face. As more homeowners shifted to online shopping, we saw an opportunity to focus on what we do best, helping customers choose the right pool heater with expert guidance and real support.

Over the years, we’ve seen just how important the right heater can be. A pool heater isn’t just another piece of equipment, it’s what turns a pool into a place where memories are made. It extends the swim season, and allows families to enjoy their backyard even when temperatures dip. We simply love outdoor living and understand how meaningful a warm pool can be for gathering family and friends together.

Through customer feedback, we've learned that heating systems were often the most confusing part of pool ownership. Many homeowners were left trying to choose between gas and heat pump options without fully understanding how their pool size, environment, or energy use would impact performance. We saw too many people purchase the wrong size heater or invest in equipment that didn’t truly match their needs. Because we understand how all the pieces work together -filtration, plumbing, automation, and heating, specializing in pool heaters felt like a natural evolution.

More recently, when a family member needed additional care, we chose to move closer to Pensacola so we could be there to help. Putting family first isn’t just something we say, it’s how we live.
